Note to vendors. I have had in the past an overwhelming amount of vendors contact me for booth space. I have found that price is an issue for so many small vendors. Because this expo is designed to be a fundraiser and to help small business with the opportunity to display their products, I have decided to try something NEW!!
This April Expo will be a test with lower costs for table/booth space with the idea that we can have more business afford to particiate and more great products for the attendees. This will be great both for our vendors and our attendee's.
The Expo has done great in the past and I look for continued grow in the fundraiser for Love INC as well as offering great products and entertainment for the community. The goal to help Love INC in our fundraising efforts will continue to be something that will be our focus.
I hope you can join us in 2011. See you at the Expo.

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
For companies interested, we offer sponsorship programs for the West Michigan Spa and Wellness Expo / Kid's Expo Day, a family event . Please ask for information!
We will only allow 1 vendor for exclusive type business ex: BeautiControl, It Works, Lia Sophia, Avon, Mary Kay, etc. for the Spring Lake Show.
NOTE: Each vendors company profile must fit the profile of the Expo. Exhibitors businesses must directly relate to consumer health and fitness and/or children entertainment/products. This is not a mind, soul and/or spiritual type Expo. Expo vendor contracts will be reviewed to determine that the exhibitors meet the criteria set for the Expo. To this effect, it is considered a juryed show. Contract and full payment will be returned if your business does not meet the requirements of the profile of the Expo. We will have between approx. 60-70 booths available. Once payment (deposits included) has been received and accepted there will be NO REFUNDS. Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis.We can not guarantee the amount of attendees, sales or leads you will receive from the Expo. We will advertise the show by lawn signage on nearby highway, flyers, emails, , sponsorships/partnerships emailing and spreading the word, local advertising, vendor packets with flyers, radio.
Vendors can not break down before the end of the show. It is not good for your business or the reputation of the show. Last minute attendees will pay the same as the first and they want a complete show. If you tear down before scheduled time you will not be allowed to participate in future shows. Subleasing space is forbidden (renting a table at a higher cost to someone else). Sharing a space with a friend/business is fine as long as you turn in information about both businesses that will be offering product at the expo.
If you need electricity you will need to bring your own extension cord. Vendor must tape down any extension cord with masking tape to avoid attendees stumbling over the cords. Signing this contract means that you agree with all of the terms listed above.
